Im thinking of making one but what advantages do you get when you build a dwelling?

all the faq says is this

Q.What is a DWELLING?
A.It's a private living home for you and two other mates[You have some keys you can give away!]

Yes, there are advantages for a dwelling. And yes, less people will attack you... Well, not really. Kind of. There are other uses.. But you can find out when you buy one.

i personaly hate the treehouses,why cant they call it apartments,are we really that poor to live in a treehouse
