Quick Announcement(s):
*Judges are needed, if you wish to be a judge message me via the forums private messaging with a detailed message saying why you should be a judge.
*Applications end on March 5th!
*If you have any questions or concerns, message myself, RaifudoMakashi, Taumaster or sounga through the forums Private messaging system or shinobilegend mailbox itself.
*This thread shall be constantly updated with either: Better description, shinobi updates, news, notes, prizes, etc.
*All zone fights must be fought within a private zone.
*If there are not enough contestants within a division, those contestants shall be moved into another division [the one they are closest to]
*Tournaments are now once every 3 months!
*Due to the limiting amount of participants in heavy weight, I will be splitting them up into middle weight and special.
*Dp amount prizes might be reduced due to the low amounts of light and heavy weight.
What is the SLWWT?~
The shinobilegends world wide tournament is the 1st ever global fighting zone challege allowing any, if not all, shinobi to join. Within the SLWWT one can easily say the best of the best shall come out on top and show us what they can REALLY do.
Why make it?~
Simply enough, one can make this to show one's true colors and show their strength.
How does it work?~
Every 3 months on the 13th, a rather large tournament shall be held to determine the best of the best, the top dogs, etc. of the fighitng zones.
After 12 months [if this goes for that long] on the year 2010, march 13th. the 4 winners will have a battle royal to determine who truly is the best, and have all rights to the title: "Fighting zone Queen/King".
Applications and time?~
Applications will close March 5th, 2009 and the tournament shall begin in March 13th.
If you wish to apply message RaifudoMakashi or Sounga with simply:
"Sign me up" As the title along with what division you're in to avoid hassle.
Rules?~
~Fatalities allowed.
-Kill someone if you want, what do I care, just make sure to agree with the person beforehand.
~Special summonings enabled.
-Summonings must be clear and have to be sent to myself, RaifudoMakashi, along with their/its name(s) and abilities.
~Chakra limits are being questioned.
-Judges shall be monitoring fights [if possible] and chakra limits shall be established, nonetheless, if no judge is there the rule still remains. Chakra limits will be based upon division.
The thing is, many people tend to constantly pour chakra out into jutsus, that they never show to take effect from it. They continuosly utilize extreme jutsus that SHOULD drain a large portion of chakra, nonetheless, they keep performing several types of jutsus over and over and over.
**Chakra limits shall be decided whether or not to be in effect by setting a limit. In other words, it is in debate.
The two choices:
1. Utilize chakra at a reasonable amount at your own decision.
2. Have a judge/helper decide how much chakra is utilized along with a jutsu cost system.
~No customized kekkei genkai
-Things can get REALLY messy...
~No god-modding.
-No one needs to see someone cheat their way inside a zone fight. If one is to god-mod, they are immidiatly disqualified once a report is made.
Definition: You may not exceed in jutsu ranks for your rank. Yes Naruto may be a genin [Using this as a counter-arguement for some] but he is also influenced by almost limitless chakra provided by the Kyuubi. Even so, God-modding falls into the catergory of: Dodging ANYTHING or mostly everything, perfomring very complex jutsus, kekkei genkai claims [may vary], demon forms, etc. In other words, highly farfetch'd engineered abilities that just make no sense for one of their level.
~No Auto-hitting.
-What's the point? If you cannot hit someone properly, don't fight. [Same results as god-modding shall be taken if one auto-hits.]
Definition: You may not automatically say you hit someone, nor any kind of effects being taken on them.
Example:
Academy Student Autohitter places Genin whatshisface into a genjutsu thus rendering him immobile and makes him want to kill himself.
Or something along those lines. Bottom line...do not claim to hit someone, you have to give them a chance to dodge.
~Custom Jutsu is allowed.
-We're letting someone show their true individuality and their strengths, so why not jutsus? Please note jutsus are not to be much too farfetch'd to be used. If you have concerns with your jutsu message Me, Taumaster or Sounga with its name and description.
~No Bijuu influenced chakra
-Yes, that goes for the true holders of the bijuu in SL and canon accounts.
~Custom weapons allowed.
-Clear description and abilities required for validation, send message to RaifudoMakashi with name and abilities.
Prizes?~
Prizes shall all vary on divisions and how many people are to join. Nonetheless, even with all the participants that join, there will be no such thing as "Not enough DP for a prize".

Special weight:
Hokage and Up (Including Reborn):Total of 2,000 donation points given to the winner.
Heavy weight:
Anbu Captain-Kage:Total of 1,500 donation points given to the winner.
Middle weight:
Jounin-Anbu:Total of 1,000 donation points given to the winner.
Light weight:
Academy Student-Chuunin:Total of 300 donation points given to the winner of that division.
HEAVY AND MIDDLE WEIGHT:
Combined now due to the insufficient amount of contestants and prizes have been set to 1,500 for the winner of this coalition of people.

So, let me know if I understand this correctly. The tournament starts on the 13th...But you don't need to FIGHT on the 13th? It can be any day good for you/your opponent?

It's 3 weeks to be finished.
By then it'll be a new month.
All the same, i'm thinking of removing heavy weight and splitting them around due to the small amount of participants.
Only about 5 and they get 1,000 dp for that? Seems wrong.

I don't think this is MotD worthy...It's just a little contest that doesn't really mean anything. But you should at least PM the people participating about who they're fighting and where.
