It's a very fun game to play, so I'll explain the mechanics here! For those of you who do not know what this is, it is a game where you try to get your side - light or dark - to eliminate all the others and to win. Your roles are secret, you guard them with your life, and your goal is to not get murdered or killed.
There will be a lot of killing. :twisted:
How things are going to be done is as follows:
1. Fill out the sign-up sheet in any number you choose. It's helpful if you copy and paste the form from the person who posted above you so that no one gets skipped.
2. Then, roles will be determined via random number generator and sent out via PM.
3. The event will start, and you will have roughly 24 hours to post in the day phase who you think is the culprit - at the end of this time, the suspect will be killed, and the night phase will begin.
4. "Overnight," those with night roles will PM them to me within the limit, 24 hours, and their actions will be revealed in the early morning, which will then start the Day Phase.
5. Lather, Rinse, Repeat!
Rules/Guidelines:

- In the day phase, everybody votes in-thread for who they want to kill. At the end of the day, the person with the most votes is killed. If they had a role, it may or may not be revealed. You can RP the voting process or not, doesn't matter.

- PM'ing other players about the game is generally frowned upon. Depending on the game, it may or may not be allowed. If not specified, it's probably not allowed.

- Bold or color your votes so they stand out.
Roles:
-Alpha Werewolf: Head honcho, the Alpha can convert one player after two turns, negating the night kill.
-Mortician : Can hide the role of a killed player once per game.
-Mercenary : Can kill any person at night with a 25% kill chance. Cannot self-target.
-Guardian : Can protect one person at night from all kills. Cannot self-target.
-The Hunter: Can lock up a person to prevent their night action AND voting the next day.
-The Spy: Stalks a person to see who visited them at night.

Oh! Mafia! I played this all the time with a card deck with my friends. I take it you're going to be narrator and say how the murderers killed someone?
I like playing with this in real life though since you can see people's expressions and what not.

Welcome to Werewolf-Mafia! Intro:
"Shit, shit!" The woman spat between her teeth, nostrils flaring as she expelled each pant; body swiftly engaged in motion, flight over fight, in this circumstance. Her hair, tousled and unkept as she fled, danced wildly, brushing up along the thick flora that surrounded and enslaved the female. She couldn't surrender, couldn't go down like this! The young adult lamented, golden orbs gleaming upon the unpaved path ahead: fire. A dim light flickering in the distance: hope.
Adrenaline momentarily fueled tolerance to fatal, grave wounds, her senses ultimately dulling and fading. She was losing grip on reality, teetering on the edge of extinction. But, she just couldn't give up, couldn't end the fight to endure. She was almost there, she was so close! As she pushed onward, the village nearing inch by inch, she saw the lunging shadows; swift and ever-so ruthless in their hunt.
In a valiant effort, the woman managed to make it to the village, but one strike from the menaces hiding in the comfort of darkness caused her to fall -- but, by then her voice and breath were so soft, so weak, that the smallest she could muster was a dried moan before staggering and succumbing to death. The wolves left their deceased prey for humor and jest -- they wanted the remaining villagers to realize that their comfortable lifestyle just got ten times more complicated. Thus, sparking the first day phase of round 1, those would stumble upon Court, a defeated kill, and the search of a scapegoat would now commence.
It is the DAY PHASE of round 1! Begin with the voting process. You have 24 hours until voting closes and a suspect gets eliminated -- the death will spark the start of the night phase.

Although the villagers were troubled and throwing names out in the open, two culprits gained majority of the votes: Rai and Xia. Deciding that they should only kill one, they flipped a coin several times to find out who'd be the unlucky bastard to face the bullet. Deciding that Raifudo was the man behind Court's death and also the werewolf, he'd meet the same fate as she, except, it was a very accidental death. Raifudo, trying to prove to the people that he was innocent was also backing away from them as they approached to do the "dirty". Being up on a landing, he stumbled and fell down the stairs, snaps and cracks of his body ensuing as each progression of his descent led to his untimely death (family guy excerpt here). His limbs and body contorted and twisted in ways unimaginable, the villagers expected his true form to be revealed; but the werewolf in sheep's clothing would never come. Dismayed, they killed a non-werewolf person.
Now, with the sun setting, the villagers went into their houses to face the terrors creeping within the night. Who would be next?

//END NIGHT PHASE (Clusterfuck Night)
The night was full of terrors (someone once said in a galaxy -- erm, realm far, far away).
Twas the night before something, when all through the house; not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The villagers were sleeping in their beds without care, some didn't bother to even put on underwear. Others, well, they ran around bare.
But, enough about that. The night had just begun, most of the villagers were flung into slumber. Some of the night-stalkers were out and about.
The wolves were ever-so energetic at the prospect of a new kill during the dusky-hours. And so they roamed, their sights set on a new victim -- oh, but their goal wasn't to kill. See, if one couldn't beat them, they sometimes forced one to join them. In this scenario, their target was going to submit to their allegiance so that they could eventually rule the galaxy. All would have been successful, if it weren't for the Hunter. The merciless predator had gotten hold of the person in question, taking them downtown and storing them in the jail cell. Ace, the assumed culprit, found himself etching his name into the stone wall of the prison room, his actions nulled for the day phase to come. Oh, how gloomy, boo hoo.
The wolves failed their strike and snarling like mad, wandered off into the distance.
The Guardian, who had sworn to protect someone during the night, would find the person safe the next morning.
The Mortician activated their trap-card.
The Spy would find the one they stalked to have no visitors this night.
Dawn arose, and the villagers would begin another session of voting.
It is the DAY PHASE of round 2! Begin with the voting process. You have 24 hours until voting closes and a suspect gets eliminated -- the death will spark the start of the night phase. Ace will not be able to vote tonight.

Because I'm lazy, Madara was crowded and surrounded, only to be beaten to death by a thousands spoons. It took a while, sure, but the effort wasn't to waste. Night-time was creeping, and all who badgered the victim were sore from the workout of driving spoons into the man's body. They sulked off somewhat defeated, especially when Madara failed to turn into a wolf. It was really all for nothing!
Madara was killed. Madara was a Villager!
Wolves are slowly taking the lead.
