Thoughts (?), brief responses please...
Provided the Council remains active and does something, I can create a forum board for them.
Now, the board will be visible to everyone (!), ensuring transparency is kept.
I would create the main board, where EVERYONE can post, and a subsequent child board that only council members can post. This ensures minimal spam and nuisance from both sides of the isle.
What do you all think? If I see interest, I'll make them... if not, I won't. =)

I'm all for the Council board, because it will make locating council matters much easier instead of trying to sift through all threads and pages looking for one particular thread or whatnot.

Doesn't really seem necessary as the Council section of the biju rule rebuff still has plenty of space for Council-related thing, except for the need for the Council to kind of have a place for behind the curtain conversations.

I'll be the pessimistic one here, but all the councils we have usually get debunked after awhile. ^-^
I'm for the new boards being added. Long as they keep open to everyone to at least see. It's never a good idea to have a secret area. Only makes people not trust the government and make conspiracy theories after all.

Right now it appears more than neccesary. Can it be done that it is viewable for some, but only a handful can post?
As to why it appears more and more neccesary, it is quite easy.
We only got the second issue to deal about, but it appears that a certain member, is already trying to manipulate the council, if not directly on the board, then through PMs, perhaps the next issue we could vote upon?

I second this. Can we make it so *all* council members can view and post in the 'council' sub-board, but non-members are restricted from this sort of action. The rules/foundation sub-board should be available to all of those whom want to pitch in a new idea or rule to the ever growing list.

once again...i like this idea. I for one can't seem to keep my mouth shut. i know other's cannot either and feel the council needs freedom to talk without being pressured. and so on and so forth.
