Due to the tie in the Council (because why not have a tie when there are 4 active memebers? x)) regarding what to do regarding Dart and Rusaku. It was fairly undisputed that both broke the rules, but the divide came in regarding what action should be taken in regards to the two, if any.
NO Council members should be voting in this thread. This is for members only to vote and break the tie on what to do regarding the candidates. Members will post their vote here in this thread. Since alternate accounts is the issue that brought this up, a poll will not be created, and the vote count shall be kept track of here in this post. The Council had a tie, 2-2, so that is where the counter will start:
1) Disqualify both candidates and have all fights considered forfeit: 4
2) Have the candidates forfeit the alts' fights if not already done so, but otherwise retain their mains' position in the tournament: 14
In case some explanation is needed on what these two mean, (1) is essentially disqualifying both candidates. Thus, the Sanbi would either go to a GM to have Shino fight for it, or the Sanbi go in with the Mazo pot for later give-out. Athos would have to fight Madara for Kurama instead of continuing his current match with Rusaku. (2) is functionally, since both Dart and Rusaku no longer have their alts participating for one reason or another, to not do anything further regarding the issue.
* Also, this vote will be open until Wednsday the 26th of October. If there is an overwhelming majority in one direction or another (a difference of more than 7 or more members that lasts for 1-2 days straight) the poll will also be closed. *

Post here. I forgot to place the link in the other thread, but I made it obvious that Eric made another thread specifically for voting.
On that note, my vote is option thre-err I mean, option two.
PS: Eric. You made mistake on the expiration date for this thread. We are already past the month August, yo. Unless you meant October or November, which in this case you may want to fix that.

Yeah, I meant October. I think August of next year would mean that the vote wouldn't change for like, 10 months straight. Yeah, I meant October, and it's fixed, along with updated vote count.
