Should we limit the number of tailed beasts which can be challenged for per challenge if a Defender is in possession of more than one?
-
It's up to the defender if they let the challenger challenge for all the bijuu in a single fight. It's already been established and talked about before.
I can challenge Athos for all his bijuu right now and it's his choice, as host, if he wants to do it in one big showdown or do the fights independently of each other. (Common sense dictates a showdown for sake of time energy)
As seen; Trev vs Athos, Rusaku vs Athos, and so on.

I don't see a reason to. I say let that stay a choice of the challenger-challenged.

My point was to make it you couldn't challenge for several tailed beasts via the same fight or different fights to keep stacking it against the defender/not to swamp them with multiple challenges at the same time. Or a person can only ask to fight a defender for a single tailed beasts/not use multiple toons/characters to bypass it.
