I really like this idea. It could be used in many ways to help the appeal of clans and in turn the games activity.
You could use them for clan zone rooms/meeting rooms. Many things you can do with the existing room in clans, however there are too few who are able to use the current clan halls "Secret Conversation Room" at this time. (Being only ranks 25+ can use it.) A nice compromise to this feature would be to change the ranks allowed within the room. Then again, that's just my opinion.

Yeah I would have to agree about the activity of staff it seems as though some of the staff needs to be put into the "Inactives" portion of the staff list. As for the need of new moderators I think the few that do log on do a good job... More active mods would nice though.
As for avatar validation only three moderators can help with that aspect of the game. It would be nice to have more of the current staff to have the ability to validate avatars. Sometimes it does take quite a while to get one's avatar validated.

I had thought this request was a joke. However seeing this debating I realise that it is not. Basically trading gold for gems would simply defeat the purpose of gems to begin with. Gems are an alternative currency to gold and are much harder to obtain in game. They serve a purpose within the game whether it be buying permanent health or a mount. This request is simply ludicrous, might as well put "Make gold the main currency within the game, However have 'gems' so you are able to carry on that surplus of gold after you kill orochimaru. "

That's the problem; From my experiences with them in the forest. The search suicidally button is much to overpowered. Its almost like a suicide button that only appears at lvl 15. It takes only one fight for my chuunins to face their death. (I think the creatures might be more powerful than orochimaru lol)
Unless you intended this.
**thrill/seek/slumber creatures are fine tho.
