Well, you guys "Council", discuss on a thread or amongst yourself privately. If I can, just let me know at least a day before the deadline for a challenge. But if you guys can't come to a decision or decide no, that is cool to. I'm only challenging if 6/0 don't get any challenges, or if I see a really favorable 1v1 matchup.

-The setting will be zone six.
-You cannot borrow techniques or anything else from your friends or anyone else.
-You have one week to post a reply or forfeit.
-Even if you use clones or summons, you still only get 3 actions

« on: September 21, 2016, 02:56:50 AM »As previously stated in my plan, any Bijuu that doesn't receive a challenge in the one week challenge period will be set to roaming. Any individual, group, village, etc can then track it down and battle it. Any challenged Bijuu who's challenger failed to seal or capture it will also be turned loose. If none of the GMs are willing to aid the Council, then I have no issue with doing it myself if needed.
Kay's idea of having those who want the same Bijuu fight each other before fighting the Bijuu is good, but it would severely delay the process. If that's what the challengers want though, then I don't see why it can't be implemented.
If people are going to fight each other for a biju, give two set rules to speed it up. Reduce the time between responses from 7 days to 5 or 3. Also give them 2-3 pages on the forum max. Then a judge decided the winner based on how the fight was going, etc. That way you have expedited posting, and also a page limit so the fight doesn't go on forever.
Kay, why don't you or I create a separate thread of great judges for the site? People can discuss, and the council can opt to use it, and if not we have a list for other players of players who are thought to be good judges and willing to be one. Win-win

Then at the end of 7 days, those people fight. Council or GM's judge. It would be very nice to have a pool of judges that are approved by the community though.
If there are no challengers, then a GM does an rp for that one host.
Everyone gets their shot and we just start with a clean slate and let the past die once and for all.

Also Genny, while it may be too easy, you don't want something too difficult. This is about the beast be redistributed in a fair way and relatively quick way, nothing to do with difficulty.
As for solutions, you could do multiple things, it need not be all in one. You guys can have gm's play the role as rampaging biju, you can probably even have Genny run a tournament for a biju or two. You could do Naruto trivia, hell you could put everyone who wants a biju names in a hat and draw for all I care.
It just has to be fair, whatever happens. You guys should def not accepts challenges though. That for one is a mess, as there aren't many of you to take over defending 0-3 and 5-9 at the same time.
Also are there even that many people to redistribute them too? I see only Madara, and Athos as def, with maybe Shadow and T'Challa possibly wanting in. If you somehow get lucky and only have 9 or 10 people, could host a tournament where placing in said tournament determines your biju. In a 9 person tournament, last place gets the 0 tails, etc. Anyway, I trust you guys, just throwing some opinions out there. You guys shouldn't sweat this too much. One they are redistributed, anyone can challenge for what they want anyway.

Sure we didn't make any official challenges, but if someone died and their body captured, they sure as shit would have lost every claim they have. Bocc attacked us with the intent to kill, so we should have every right to claim what we want when he dies in the match HE instigated. This was not friendly. This was not for fun. He was trying to end our characters, and by some master stroke we survived. We should get some kind of reward for this. You all can't just sweep us under the rug, it's fucking bullshit. Talk about claims not being valid if you do everything OOC, well take a good long look at yourselves taking away the IC Spoils of our battle because "reasons".
This is actual injustice. I'm genuinely blown away by how stupid this entire thread is.
At the VERY LEAST. Kurama should spawn at our location from Boccs death allowing Madara and I a chance. This gives the council their little participation points and the opportunity Madara and I deserve for surviving the ridiculous powers thrown around by bocc in that fight. We earned that much. Fuck all the other beasts.
No, you don't deserve any reward, not even remotely. If you guys do get to claim Bocc dead (Which I believe you guys have the right to personally) Madara's last post stands where he teleports Bocc into his own gigantic attack, obliterating him. Therefor there is no reward for you to claim as he's completely gone. Also no manga evidence shows a biju respawns where it's host died. If the council decided to play nice, they may have left you go first for Kurama. No decision has been made regarding how they'll be redistributed.
However, with your current attitude, you will find no such kindness, and will end up like Bocc, banned. So I suggest you calm down and cut out the swears. Even if people accept you guys killed Bocc, you're not the first person to kill a host and suddenly expect to be handed their biju. You won't be the first to be denied it either. Would be completely different if the last post of an IC fight wasn't a kill shot. If anything, you can maybe claim his zombies that are standing out. You want Bocc dead, make a different thread discussing it. And for the love of god take it easy, or you'll find no support.
Just take a breather man, don't put yourself in a spot to get banned, it's just a game!

She had a point, but I feel if it was the other way around, Madara would be under Bocc's control, and T'Challa would be dead, and neither would be get the benefit of being MIA if they had an rp that was going on while they were in an IC fight with someone else.
To me, if the fight was IC, Madara's last post stands, which he teleports Bocc into his own attack. Thus Bocc himself is obliterated, no body to ravage, and Kurama is effectively dead and awaiting a time to respawn as biju do when their host dies. This would help to me create rp storylines for the biju. Bocc is dead, so Kurama is gone for now and the other biju escape and the gm rp's them from there.
Of course their fight could have been ooc, and more people might agree with Kay. I have no stake in what happens, but this is what I think happened.

I'm more concerned with the cloak personally, don't know how others feel. I only half mastered the Yonbi, so as far as I'm concerned, I have no right to passive abilities.
I see that dilemma, if I can't change your mind that's all there is to it man. But I've said what I wanted to and cause some basic nerfs to consider. Nothing more than to wait for others to chime in.

It's only one rule that concerns biju. But it's not just the users who made it, it was a lot of people and a huge thread that can still be found. Anyone may comment on them or this thread by extension.
Well, I agree and disagree with you Camel. I think they should be able to, though not without regulation.
If allowed, my guidelines would be
Only Unbound Zombies may host. Bound zombies may not. Since Unbound Zombies can't use ET this avoids someone pulling a Obito. Meaning someone like Bocc couldn't have put his biju in his zombies.
Unbound zombies may never use a full transformation. Considering it's a biju rule where you must be transformed to do a biju bomb, this means an edo host can never use a biju bomb.
Basically just give an unbound zombie the right to use their biju's abilities (in my case Yoton) and use the biju cloak.
Heck, take away the v2 cloak, and do the opposite tax of a summon. Biju that are sealed within a zombie, lose 20% of their chakra. While the Edo is infinite, biju are not.
But if people like yourself overwhelmingly hate the idea, than that's all there is to it.

But would this go under that section? As I recall now, this was never technically a biju rule. This was originally an Edo Tensei rule, where it was discussed by the community and agree upon by it.
So does this now fall under the council's jurisdiction as it is biju related? Or is it just the community in general, and if approved just an edit being made to the thread Zojin made listing the Edo rules?
Doesn't matter to me, I have no preference. If it does belong under the thread you suggest Kay, a mod can move it. Just wondering.
