Well I am not ever one to be agreeable, but that last part Kayenta wrote actually sounds pretty fair.

If you guys wanna argue the legitimacy of what would have happened, give more details about your custom techs, and try again later xD who cares.

All I know is, I agree with the compromise Kayenta wrote at the end of her last post. >_> I am going to be clear:

"What if there was a partial neck turn, We get some backing up of the pressure of the ejection damage to Neala...perhaps a blow out at her collar bone, Eric gets a fountain spray rather than a jetstream, sever body burns, he summons Rita and passes out. Neala's gaping wound is cauterized and she passes out. Rita takes them both out of the Shadow Dimension to be healed...not by Akatsuki...I do not believe she would turn Neala over to them...and upon healing, they deal with the dysfunctional family aspect of things?"

That part >_>

I think Trev said it well. This arguing is going to go nowhere. I'd suggest grabbing a judge and the MOST impartial person I know on the site, has to be Trev, and that's cause he gives zero fucks. XD

If anyone was to mediate this, I'd suggest him, and I think the rest of the community would back me on that.

I think this entire argument comes down to a few points that have beenade by several people.

1. Neala's Plot Armor: An armor crafted with knowledge only of basic-advanced Nara techs. While Eric as he said is on a completely other level, a point I think we would all agree on; If it's Nara, it's Eric.

2. Being as this isn't a tv show (>_>), good vs evil nonsense doesn't apply, and Neala waltzed into a world where eric essentially controls everything.

And in the battle of: Neala plot armor vs Eric's everything. I don't think there is much need to argue any of this.

Armor fails, Neala dies, Eric has to dig a 7 foot hole.

Okay. I will preface this with the fact that I am not particularly friends or foe with either party, and simply cannot stand any further to watch as Neala walked into a place WHERE ERIC LITERALLY IS GOD, and argues any defense would be viable. That in my eyes was the admission of defeat. I think becq said something about that as well.

There are two things you never do on SL.
1. Willingly submit yourself to another's Custom jutsu.
2. Get anywhere near Eric's Shadows.

The way I see it, regardless of any armor or defense, you simply cannot fight against those things. Because you went into his realm, where, he controls everything, you just can't argue. Not any armor or defense could defend against a world of shadows.

You wanted my two cents I gave it. >_>

See now when you are gonna quote someone, at least do it right, Darling.

"That's not how I see it, but oh well!!

I'm not too sure what an ok amount of time is. Perhaps 1 week is too little, but it should be some amount of time. I'm pretty sure it took the Nibi like 3-5 months to be sealed, and that was way too long for a biju to be out of play. So, it shouldn't be whenever the village feels like it either.

Not saying that will happen this time around, since according to my sources, it should be sealed tomorrow, should being the key word."

Look, your word means nothing, simply because you don't think something is correct, does not mean it is invalid. I have not stated opinions on this, and simply have let the words, and votes of others drive this argument. You come here spewing nonsense, as per usual, with no back to it, at least any backing that means anything to it.

So if you ask me if I am happy? I am goddamn happy that so far the only advocate Kiri has, is you.

[Meaning the kage cannot take a week to decide and then another 3 months to do the rp. No. It doesn't take that long to seal a bijuu. You want to do some long drawn out rp? Do it in staggered rp. That way the previous challengers don't have to sit there while you take your sweet ass time.]

http://forum.shinobilegends.com/index.php/topic,8467.0.html

Also this post was a thing, nearly a month ago. Well before the strip. Everyone had time to argue it out. The last thing that was posted that was constructive, was the amendment, that wait, was not argued xD It was literally titled Amendment to the Bijuu rules, and still the only interest that had been attracted from you, Kay, was, "Isn't this a bijuu topic? Like...for the Bijuu Arena?"

SO all that, "Had it been called new bijuu rules, my interest would have been attracted." and, "What I do not understand is why a handful of people making rules for dealing with Isa and his inactivity suddenly supersedes the adopted rules for sealing a bijuu that are listed in the official rules.

it seems to me once Isa was dealt with, your say so...on what they do with it after that...creating new rules they suddenly have to follow to choose and seal a host...do not have any weight at all. No one replied to that nonsense? I wonder why. I certainly was not interested in another thread about Isa. W#ho knew that new rules would be made to handle this one case? And why were they not made official if this is the agreed upon new standard?

I think it is because they are NOT the rules that are official. Being under a topic listed about Isa...in no way made that available to be voted upon by the populace of SL. I for one avoided anything to do with a topic about Isa and never read any of that.

Had it been called new bijuu rules, my interest would have been attracted."

Was a load. xD So good job.

((HOWEVER
Due to issues regarding time consumption and overall loopholes in the process some might try to take advantage of time requirements are added. As listed below.

Jinchūriki have to post once (1) every two (2) weeks.

Pass -> Keep the bijuu
Fail -> Bijuu goes to village/organization leader.

Kage/leader has to make sure the bijuu gets a new host or they find a champion to defend the beast. They HAVE ONE (1) WEEK.

Example: Mizukage gets the 19 tails, he now has 1 week to find a host AND FINISH THE SEALING PROCESS. Meaning the kage cannot take a week to decide and then another 3 months to do the rp. No. It doesn't take that long to seal a bijuu. You want to do some long drawn out rp? Do it in staggered rp. That way the previous challengers don't have to sit there while you take your sweet ass time.

However if the Kage/leader is also inactive it goes onto previous kage or council members. They follow the same rules as above. 1 week.

If both kage, previous kage, and council members are inactive then the first challenger gets the beast.))

I mean, it says here pretty clear where it would go.

Kay, as in Okay bye. xD Like I knew you were pugnacious, but never daft, till today. Must I post the NEW RULES stated in the post where Isa was stripped, that again, nobody argued. They were acknowledged and given time to be argued before accepted.

I am gonna post this next part in red for you.

(They get one week to seal it in someone (ONE WEEK, not what you guys with the Nibi that took months)
{{Also would like to include my amendment about how the bijuu is handled when the village chooses a new host. Seems like Trev already added it in. 1 week to find a host and rp. No more than that.}}
