It was the deal since nobody, not a single damn soul argued it when it was posted, 3 times I might add. If someone had issue with the rules of how it was going to be dealt with after it got stripped, then they should have, more than a week ago. Now that they have broken the rules that were laid out, is not the time to argue them.

Suna was permitted that for a few reasons like, Suna didn't take 5 months or something insane to seal a bijuu, like Kiri did with the Nibi, even trev mentioned that.

And yes, >_> Again, 9/10 people that have voted, were in favor for it, and the voting still isn't done yet. Nobody disagreed except for you. It is pretty clear cut. They didn't do what they were supposed to, and obviously they knew about them, or else they wouldn't have known that Isa was actually stripped, so even they could have argued them, they didn't.

Pretty much comes down to this

If you think Minds Eyes is enough to find Isa and he denied Riku then the solution is strip or force him to accept the fight.

Inactivity. This host as been inactive many times, and is known to get on and post when he is near being stripped. In fact he's already been gone for another 8 days. If you believe past transgressions are enough, strip him

If you don't think the inactivity has been to big/ don't think people have found a legit way to find out he is a host to challenge him, no strip.


My opinion: Isa has gotten to many breaks with his inactivity. Strip him, give it to Xia or Dart to give away (or keep). They get one week to seal it in someone (ONE WEEK, not what you guys with the Nibi that took months). Then people may pursue the new host as they seek. Also Isa too may choose to attempt to regain the beast from the new host just like everyone else. Should he win it back, perhaps he'll be a bit more active after having been stripped once.

Also would like to include my amendment about how the bijuu is handled when the village chooses a new host. Seems like Trev already added it in. 1 week to find a host and rp. No more than that.

It's been 14 days total for this topic. No one has opposed to stripping him so much as giving thoughts on the topic. With no one opposing and only those voting for stripping I'd assume it's safe to lock this topic and notify Dart, Xia, and Isaribi.

Previous hosts have input and current ones have.))

Kayenta/Camel. The rules were clear, it wasn't that they had to get the RP started in a week, they had to complete it in a week.

As most of you know, the 23rd was a week from the time Kiri was given to seal the beast, they failed to do so, again because of inactivity not fit of dealing with Bijuu, a recurring theme. Today is the 24th, the 8th day from when the topic stripping Isa was locked. The rules were clear, out for everyone to read em, Kiri simply failed to follow them.

I am now calling for Kirigakure to be stripped of the Sanbi, and be placed in the first challengers possession. (Me)

Below I will be providing two examples (Timestamps included) from two different people, stating what will be the rules Kiri is to follow concerning the beast and it's sealing, not a single soul debated them, so they were accepted. Now there is a poll going on to make those amendments official, and as you can probably tell, with resounding support from the community, pretty easy to tell what's going on.

I will also be posting the messages sent to Isa, where I challenged him, and he refused for a reason that was argued by several individuals and generally accepted to be a misconception on his part, and that my challenge was in fact valid.

Umm no. They do it for the bijuu, and all of the implications that come with it. If they didn't want to RP with everyone possible, they wouldn't want a bijuu, pretty simple concept. Nobody is forced into having a bijuu, it is a choice that comes with certain ramifications and stipulations, that if not dealt with then you are shit out of luck m8. Pretty simple proposition.

You want the challengers to have to wait weeks upon weeks after the process of stripping a beast, which takes weeks upon weeks? You are not considering the perspective of the challenger at all, which is understandable because you have never been in that position. Not trying to spark anything, but if you briefly place yourself in the position of the challenger, you will understand why they only have 1 week to just seal the beast.

My theory is as follows:

There are 3 Different plains of existence, 3 different dimensions if you will.
Normal, our everyday dimension.
Kamui, pocket dimension created by Doujutsu.
FTG, pocket dimension created by 'Ninjutsu'


Now. In ANY circumstance where a person is trapped in Kamui dimension, and doesn't have access to Kamui/FTG themselves, they are screwed beyond belief.

But my understanding is that, since a user of FTG transcends the "Normal" dimension, into their "FTG" dimension briefly, and pops out at a designated location. I see FTG as a 'plausible' out for someone trapped inside of  another users Kamui dimension, due to it carrying the same implications as when an FTG normally uses the technique to teleport.

But then that arises the argument of whether a Kamui dimension cuts off use of Chakra, or Jutsu, or any and all connection to the outside world.

Look at around 11:36, you'll see gaara's sand lose shape as Sakura and Naruto enter the Kamui Dimension, which either means that gaara couldn't control it inside of the Kamui dimension, or simply saw it fit that he didn't need to carry them around anymore. Whatever is decided from that could be pivotal to the overall success or failure to the defense/plaintiff.

But to me, still there is question whether since it was Ninjutsu that gaara uses, is why his connection was cut off. Since Hiraishin is Space time, it could be different.

This is all speculation, and I will say it clearly, I do not know, because it has never been shown.

TL;DR: With FTG, probably.

It's a very fun game to play, so I'll explain the mechanics here! For those of you who do not know what this is, it is a game where you try to get your side - light or dark - to eliminate all the others and to win. Your roles are secret, you guard them with your life, and your goal is to not get murdered or killed.

There will be a lot of killing.  :twisted:


How things are going to be done is as follows:
    1. Fill out the sign-up sheet in any number you choose. It's helpful if you copy and paste the form from the person who posted above you so that no one gets skipped.
    2. Then, roles will be determined via random number generator and sent out via PM.
    3. The event will start, and you will have roughly 24 hours to post in the day phase who you think is the culprit - at the end of this time, suspect will be killed, and the night phase will begin.
    4. "Overnight," those with night roles will PM them to me within the limit, 24 hours, and their actions will be revealed in the early morning, which will then start the Day Phase.
    5. Lather, Rinse, Repeat!

Rules/Guidelines:
    - There are two phases, day phase and night phase. They each last 24 hours.
    - In the day phase, everybody votes in-thread for who they want to kill. At the end of the day, the person with the most votes is killed. If they had a role, it may or may not be revealed. You can RP the voting process or not, doesn't matter.
    - The night phase follows the day phase. In the night phase, people with roles PM the game host the name of their target. The mafia also PM their kill target to the game host.
    - PM'ing other players about the game is generally frowned upon. Depending on the game, it may or may not be allowed. If not specified, it's probably not allowed.
    - DO NOT REVEAL YOUR ROLE TO OTHERS.
    - Bold or color your votes so they stand out.

Roles:
-Alpha Werewolf: Head honcho, the Alpha can convert one player after two turns, negating the night kill.
-Mortician : Can hide the role of a killed player once per game.
-Mercenary : Can kill any person at night with a 25% kill chance. Cannot self-target.
-Guardian : Can protect one person at night from all kills. Cannot self-target.
-The Hunter: Can lock up a person to prevent their night action AND voting the next day.
-The Spy: Stalks a person to see who visited them at night.

Quite hilariously, I have been in a situation similar to this one.

So it was back when Isa and I fought for the 3 tails, before I knew I was going to be inactive of course. And I specifically added a stipulation stating that running meant forfeit of life, so technically maybe, you guys just don't go into the details necessary to accomplish your goals ;P Now, I have read through this thing, two or three times at this point and only see, that since, "It hasn't been done before, so it's obviously common knowledge that it cannot be done." or, "People are totally gonna abuse that." The basis of this argument are theories and assumptions at best. Shadow specifically stated at the start of this topic, that, (Gonna paraphrase) "I have been on sl for 10 years, and never have I seen this..." But let us consider a lot of the things we are doing now, the old RP'ers would be like, .----.

Look I ain't one to get on any soap boxes, nor would it be fitting of my character but in IC fights, it is generally okay to dip if shit gets sour. These rules weren't clarified to the fuggin extreme and he made an error that anyone who hasn't followed Bijuu fights for years would have done as well. The arguments I see, and I think someone else touched on this, is that since nobody else does it, it's general knowledge that it can't be done.

What I'm saying if you can't just use a space time jutsu to run away. If this were allowed, nobody with a teleportation jutsu would lose. Example being Dato and my fight currently. At one point, Dato goes to his Kamui dimension, using your logic, he could have just stayed there and I would have no chance at the biju. But instead, he simply preps there and comes back as he can't use that to escape.


I'm not saying you can't escape, but not through a method that is instant and gives your opponent no counter. If you had run away through normal means, such as distracting shadow and running by foot or other means a considerable distance away I'd have MAYBE accepted it.

It is just simply not fair to biju challengers for their opponent to leave instantly after spending lots of time on the zone fight/ waiting for a challenge/ finding you have the beast in rp.




If the issue wasn't that he ran away, but how he ran, then he should at least be able to edit his post so that he literally just turns on a dime and dips after getting out of the Genjutsu. Lock him into the fact that his mind is made up on running, but change how he does it. I dunno, just seems like an unfair way to end a fight.
