My understanding is that she received those priveledges because of contributions she made to the game.  In short, she earned them based on an agreement with the Admin for services rendered.

I am not picking on a specific person, although Gyu serves (in my mind, anyway) as the best example.

And the ceiling limit, that would then trigger "the event" (whatever it ends up being) would not force anyone to gain a DK and lose their temp stats, but it hopefully serve to make it harder to just sit there.

This RPG is based on the Naruto-verse.  There have been instances where strong Genins were sought out by those much stronger.

That is why I would hope for either or both:

 - a PvP range, for immunity purposes only (see above, or I can try to explain it again - basically, you can attack a range and only be attacked by those in a range, or you can attack above your range, and forfeit protection from those players as well.)

 - AND / OR -

 - an event in which Orochimaru seeks you out at a certain EXP level.  Similar to your master.  Again, you would not have to defeat him - just don't use items or justu.  Ideally, this would not happen every gameday, but I am not sure how it would be programmed to be every 9 gamedays.

When you click on "Bio", there is a listing for "Title" just under the players name.

If I am not mistaken, this shows their current Rank no matter what they decided to change their name to.

sure, I think that's a good explanation for it, and why not. staying at level 15 might be too easy.
Not just level 15, but level 15 for a certain amount of days -OR- when exp = > 2 x lvl 15 exp (twice the exp it takes to be level 15).

It would suck to have just turned level 15 and then try to finish your turns before a DK and getting that event, whatever it may be.

Staying at 15 would be exactly what Naruto is doing right now in the Shippuuden episodes. He's still Genin level but has the power and mind of a Chuunin, even though everyone in his age group(yes including Sakura, she is a chuunin) is a Chuunin and he isn't. But Naruto also has the deal with the fact that he is still a lowly Genin and the rest of the people are way ahead of him.

The same applies to staying at level 15. There are disadvantages and advantages that even themselves out. As there is only two people that have decided to stay at level 15 that have access to Hoshi and the good mounts. The rest are just acads who got bored one day and decided not to slay Oro. Just let them live and not limit attack and defense. :)


i agree <.< but there should be the event lebis suggested about having oro attack the people who stay at lvl 15 for too long...
and i just dont want there to be a pvping against HIGHER ranks limit.... lower is okay....

Exactly.  Is Naruto not sought out on occassion by those stronger than himself?  Sasuke was as well.

I think the stat bonuses should decrease from 2 to 1.  Or, the frequency of those certain events scaled down to 1 reward per day (if you encounter them more often, you just lose with no opportunity to gain).

If I recall correctly, the first three gamedays that someone starts out, they have immunity from PvPs "from the Gods". 

How about a similar PvP range immunity once the "Gods" protection is lifted?  What I mean is that you have your normal range of who you can attack.  (5 DKs below you and "Your DK + 10% DK" above you)  That upper end of the range is not a ceiling, it just marks the range of shinobi that you can attack at will. 

If you go above that, you get a message indicating that attacking that high removes your protection and you then become fair game for EVERY player in shinobi, regardless of the other persons DK level.  (I have no idea how hard this would be to code.  It seems like it would be rather tedious.)  It just seems bit unfair that these players that stay there forever can take shots at a higher level person, but that person cannot reciprocate.  You want to flex by seeking out stronger opponents?  Then you forfeit the protection of being strong but at a lower rank.

I also like the Oro seeks you out once you pass a certain EXP threshold - or it could be based on "it is day number x for you" and when that day hits a certain number (100?), Oro seeks you out.  Obviously, if it were to be an EXP threshold, it would be different depending on your DK level.  But if Oro gets stronger based both on your DK level AND your other stats, then it should be no problem for those people to lose on purpose in order to stay at level 15 and keep all their stats (minus a % of EXP).

How many are there of each at the start of each day?
Do all levels have the same amount of stock at the start?

nope, a formula is calculated. =) things who sell well are not that easily restocked.

I agree.  I think this is what I will miss the most.  Of course, I say that without having any idea how the replacement system will work.

One last time then,

Enemies DO get STRONGER as you gain more STAT and DK!

And for those of you who want the enemies to become stronger so that the game would be more challenging,

Neji is going to TAKE AWAY your MOUNT and make you fight MULTIPLE ENEMIES later.

Trust me, you wouldn't want them to be any stronger then they are now when that happens.

Sorry if my follow up question was your reason for such a strong response.  See, I am a stickler for semantics and felt the phrasing of the question was important.  I realize that Oliver had already stated the enemies adapt to both.  But some apparently still doubt this. 

And yes, some still speak and understand English.  Some of us also type it as well.  :P  No harm, no foul.  Sorry if my question upset you in some way.  It was unintentional.  I have no axe to grind.

Anyways, on topic. I agree with Lebis, the enemies should grow stronger as I gain attack and defense.

Read, the enemies already do get stronger with your stat. Don't forget that Neji will change the mount system and take away the mount buff later. And also the multiple enemies battle system.

I thought the question was:  "Do enemies grow stronger based solely on # or DKs or are Att & Def stats factored in as well?"
