I agree the Hyuuga should have some change to it but still keep it unique in it's own way.

I personally think this how the turn spread should look, it is unique and it will give people working on it something to work for. Please note this is my view since I did own a Hyuuga at one point in time before the buff went to 20 turns.

20 Turns for Initiate
30 Turns for Honored
40 Turns for Master
50 Turns  for Grand Master

Anyhow, I wonder which character is the next one to die. Will it perhaps be Lee? Kiba? Or the Ino-Shika-Cho trio? You know, since their fathers except Choji's are all deceased. Or even better... Tenten?

Makes me wonder if Lee is killed will it cause Gai to unleash the full power of the Hachimon Tonkou? Something that I know people would like to see finally shown.

Luka's idea works adding up the reborn count a minimum of 14 will be needed that is close to the 16 reborn limit currently. And how many people are at 14 reborns?

Also let's not penalize someone who legitimately RP a EMS and think of a bonus they can have over others.

As do I agree with Byakugan/Hyouton counts toward a prerequisite toward Rinnegan.

Taking all of this into consideration, I propose this simple idea:

Users are able to access the abilities of the rinnegan after completing 8-reset total of the following:
- reset x4 in either Uchiha/Hyuuga
- reset x4 in either Hyouton/Mokuton.

As a player who as 1 in Hyouton and already have 6 resets in Rinnegan and 4 into Sharingan I can accept those requirement

Though I propose adding "reset x6 into Rinnegan" making a total of 14 Resets makes it reduce the number of Rinnegans out there. But I am for the first proposal as well.
