The Potted Plant. Y'all ain't got shit on him. Dude is OP af. Legit God.

Kamui? Nah dawg, the The Potted Plant breaks all the camels backs.
Seraphim? Pffft, please (I'm too nooby to know this person)
Gyururu? The Potted Plant can handle her menstrual release anyday.
Tomi? Sorry dawg, The Potted Plant looks more like Minato than you do.
Yumei? He tried to make a bio for The Potted Plant. Why do you think he's gone?
Nathan? Loooool. Atleast The Potted Plant's advisor doesn't kick him out of his own clan.

Based on power:
1] Naruto (Main character hax)
2] Hashirama (Healing god, perfect sage mode)
3] Sarutobi (Just all around knowledgeable in everything)
4] Tobirama (Created a shit load of techs)
5] Minato (FTG god, senjutsu)
6] Kakashi (Sharingan hax)
7] Tsunade (Healing god, godly strength)

I agree with this list here.

Seems general opinion is either name and personality, or simply nothing.

Well after reading, I do understand that the Council had to intervene because the inactivity clause, which happened during my time as Mizukage for each inactivity.... God what a pain in the arse. Anyway, kudos.

Either you call them out when you see them or you don't. ><;

This would be the right reason after what happened. Either you do and get the issue taken care of, or you don't and let it persist and drag out than it should have.

Bijuu Arena / Re: Jay v Rusaku (discussion)

There's nothing to vote on, rule was broken with nothing to defend his case. Rusaku doesn't want to grant the extension, so this fight is over.

There ya go. Have fun :)

From what Kamui and Eric have posted, a bijuu rule was broken that would bring the council into this matter, and i concur with Eric on this ruling that he has forfeited the match.

Who exactly is doling out the punishments for these, offenses?

I don't think anyone is right now, but I would say whoever the judge is for that match can hash out the punishment.

And shouldnt there be a guidebook on how to RP?

Easier said than done really because it's better to train someone than give them a handbook and say "Here you go! Now do something!"

Finishing a post without responding to something means that that action is solid and cannot be changed by future posts.

That action cannot be reacted to later.

So if in two rounds that action causes something else to happen, B must react to THAT action, and not the initial one.

Zero tolerance for retroposting

Three strikes for proven metagaming seems fair.

Thanks Saiteki for writing this out so I didn't have to.

Go team.

Yay team!

That's cool. If I was able to use my camera and everything, I could have gotten some nice close up pictures, but rip...

Same, I've gone hundreds if not thousands of fights without single Baluski encounter, got to the point I just took a break from forest for a while.

Sadly it does happen xD

The stuff that I listed does not dictates how a summoned Bijuu must act. There are no contradiction, as #3 is just stating that, even with the bond between you (summoner) and the Bijuu maxed out, it will only carry out commands. It does not have the initiative to protect you or fight for you. Showing signs of weakness will damage that bond and make the Bijuu less willing to listen to you.

As for building respect through the show of strength, I guess you could do it through one of these several method;
1) Defeat the Bijuu in a battle (includes sparring with your Bijuu). If you obtained the Bijuu through a IC challenge, you start off with the Bijuu already having a certain degree of respect for your strength.
2) As suggested by Eric, Pokemon battles. Show how capable you are as a commander during a Bijuu VS Bijuu fight.
3) Defeating a Jinchuuuriki with the Bijuu.

This all sounds good to me. Just like Kurama in the show, he didn't acknowledge Naruto as much until being defeated when his chakra was taken and later accepted him during the fight with Obito. If Kurama didn't want to help Naruto, he would have just let him die, but there was conviction that Kurama did what he did.

More or less, the concept here is a good idea on how bonds can be formed and how it will listen and what not....
