In Dwelling Management, there is an option. It says Pass Ownership. When you click it, you have the option of passing the ownership of a dwelling to someone else. You type in the name, and you click on the person. This sends a request that says, "______ would like to give you ownership of their ____ in ____."

Someone give me an idea of where to accept or deny, such as your friend list..
