well, somebody from Ultima Online who registered here said there was only poor support in the forums.

I extend it to "to the game" and want to know from all of you who had support issues: was it OK or are there complaints?

You may lift your voice now =)

As far as ingame support goes, I give a C-, why, this has more to do with a thing I have, but when I file a petition I would like to see what the end result was or how it played out, or if the situation was fixed.

As far as the forum goes, an A, I have never seen a question go un answered, whether it was by Mods or just us 'Veteran' Players, Forum support is top notch.

For moderator requests, I do try to send a response after each request. I will make sure I do much better, especially if their are any complaints.

I feel that the forum/game support is very good, but I guess I may be a little bias in my vote.

I can't necessarily vote without my forum or ingame vote being fskldrhn and not counting.

Ingame? Eh... B- or a C. Little can be done when hardly any players are available, especially with no moderators. Of course bad navs and trouble makers are more present during the evening more than anything, and moderators are on to fix the problems, but again, the early morning and late morning are problems, despite the character count. We never know that a player is having problems, or needs one immediately fixed. Or we can always get the occasional assinine person that's going to cause a ton of ruckus. Yet none of us are on.

Forum? Absolute. Slightly unorganized, but it's not in need to be fixed. As Sin said, the questions are always answered. Also.. things are thoroughly discussed (if worth it).

Although, there are certain times that a topic in Bugreports will be locked because it's "already being discussed" which really would lower it to around an A-.... as Lebis said, slightly unoranized.
