Hell here is my View point of Tobi/Obito Situation:
Uchiha Obito Mygth be Tobi from Akatsuki.
And why am I telling this? Just see the similar bettewn bougth.
1- The death of Uchiha Obito; it wasnt comproved. I cant say he is dead... But I cant say he is alive eather.
2- Uchiha Obito gave his left eye to Hatake Kakashi when he was half-dead. And Tobi is using a mask;
that focus in his rigth eye... Probablly becouse he dont have the left eye.
3- The rigth side of Tobi´s body is covered with protese´s , I mean , its kind of Metal protese´s.
And in Uchiha Obito ( Half - Dead ) body, he had his rigth side of his body smashed by the rocks.
So to cover the injuries and becouse the rigth side of his body was weaker, he mygth use Protese´s.
4- Obito name is similar to Tobi. Taking the "O" from Obito and Mix the words, Its Tobi.
5- The Acident was in the Rock Village, That is near the Earth village and Grass village, And when the
accident appened, Zetsu was near. So Zetsu mygth saved Obito from his near death. Since Tobi is Zetsu
Subordinate. And Zetsu is from the Grass Village.
6- Orochimaru and Sasori, Bougth have/had gread skills in body Mutation / Forbiden Jutsus. Thats the
reason why Sasori was imortal, Becouse he was a pupett. And he mygth "implanted" some protese´s
in Obito´s body.
7- The Obito Hair is similar to Tobi hair. Very similar. I would say the same type of hair.
8- Obito personality is same has Tobi personality.

In fact, 80% match that Obito is Tobi. But mygth be only cuicidence or a trick from Masashi Kishimoto.
