Merchant in the Forest

The merchant in the forest who sells the scrolls/potions/loot doesn't have a "buy" option in any of the categories after you view the item that he offers.. I have 556 gems and only used 1 of the 2 turns (to sell), so that isn't the reason.. O_o;

Did you meet the merchant earlier that game day? I notice that after your 1st, he will only let you buy/sell once the next time you see him again per game day.

the merchant's limits count *per game day* =)

No, it was the first time that day I had met him. Besides, even if I was only going to be able to do action with him once, usually after you do the action he automatically leaves. That day I still could look at everything he was selling, but couldn't buy them. It was back to normal a few hours later, so I really don't know what was going on. I haven't had a problem since.

hm. strange. the next time you have this, think if there is some kind of a pattern I can check on.

I can't see why it should misbehave.
