I believe it caused to much of a hassle on the server and people would abuse it by clicking it all the time wen they were done with their forest fights or if they died. So they took it out and no everyone has to run on a one track time. Also I think it makes a new day for everyone. So how would you feel when you're about to slay Oro and someone hits the button? It probably also caused a lot of fights.

The whole point of playing a game isn't to make it easy, it's to be difficult.
The button... you could ressurect when dead. It's not to fair I believe.
Work hard, eat right, earn your strip---wait, wrong thing <_<
I mean just play the game the right way.

I've played on some of the other websites like SL *coughharrypottercough* that still had the new day button.  It also had a feature where you could give all your forest fights to someone in exchange for a set amount of experience points, in case you're too lazy to do the forest fighting yourself. xD  Of course it'd be lower, but it was still funny nonetheless. It was too easy so I am glad that SL doesn't have that.  -_-
