I though it would be kind of cool to be able to visit the mt. rushmore-esque statues in konohagakure. You could meet or have a "Cause Mischeif" button, or "Do a public service" button. If you caused mischief, you would gain points towards evil, and the message would be

You take out your trusty spraypaint and begin defacing the faces of the hokages. Suddunly, you meet an angry squad of ANBU. You are thrown in the stocks and lose a forest fight, but you feel so satisfied in your act, you feel much stronger. (You get a 3 turn buff that doubles your attack)

If you did a good deed, you'd gain points toward good, and the message would be

You take out some cleaner and begin cleaning the faces. The ANBU see you and say, "Good job. Here is a healing potion." (You get fully healed )

Now, before everyone says "This is too good to be true":

A one in four or five change that in either one:

You fall of the face of the cliff. You barely cling to life, and you feel like you can't fight and monsters today! (You lose all Hp exept 1, and all forest fights)

I will be the first to shoot this down. No. You gain to much or you lose to much.

if you clean then you should also lose a forest fight, after all you get tired xD
and if I can lose all of my ff then maybe I will no do anything, also I think that
the buff of double attack is a lot.

Well, it doesn't have to give a lot of moreaity points..
Like it couldd make you as evil as plundering does.. Which means it would affect it that much.

Plundering doesn't make you evil does it? I'm not sure, everything makes you evil T_T

Which is exacly why I think that there needs to be some way to be good. And yes, I got my evil allignment as an acad from plunders.

I could see if you caused mischief you could get a small buff of maybe one or two defense. As for cleaning it, maybe you could get some gold outta it for performing a public service. Or perhaps you can turn it into an event depending on your alignment.
Say you're good. Your character finds the Hokages statues defaced etc. you then look for the one who's done it. You then you can factor in a chance of finding them and what not. And for an evil character you can chose to deface the statues and then there's the factor of getting caught. So you may or may not have to fight members of the ANBU.
That's just a basics of the idea. <.<
