It changes to a lesser shinobi village (Amegakure or Kusagakure) or we could just name it Iwagakure.

Seriously though, Valley of the end would be good, and what's to stop Neji from creating a village that doesn't exist in the show?

Kinda like the sst isn't in the show.

Valley of the End will and won't work. It's not a city:/

SST directly relates to the Hoshigakure Meteor though.
