How the Hell can the snake inject poison into me when it is dead?
Not on the brink of death,

Battle system for the last time, neji's got to fix it, it happens with hyuuga's as well, they can attack us with a no buff jutsu even when they're dead ina  multi-enemy fight.

But, we can do that too >>;

if we use a move (jutsu) when we have like 1 hp left, even if we're hit we can cast it, but then we die.

Also, in this case it seemed right.

The snake lived that round and got you. It was a 1:1 fight, there were no other opponents.

The error occurs ONLY in multifights.
