I can't wait till we get new jutsu's O_o

As it is, forbidden jutsu are really forbidden because of their nature. There is one jutsu that is forbidden actually:

Omote Renge (Primary Lotus)

Or you could do Ura Renge (Reverse Lotus)

Of course Neji considers that as a kekkai genkai so it will not be considered
