Well, if you want a system that's strictly for gaming and has no added fluff, go for the Wii.

*shakes head* Get a wii if you want to have sprinkled fun seems more appropiate, wii has things the other 2 have also, like an online internet browser, Mii channel, make sure you consider these things before making your next gen purchase. I have twilight princess, and I KNOW, it would have looked alot better in 1080i, but alas, thw wii only has 480p, makes my HDTV go to waste

You have to ask yourself.
What is too expensive?
Do you want to spend alot of money for a console that has all you want OR spend money on upgrades for the cheaper one?
Like the 360: Xbox Live + HDTV + HDTV Adapter (Not out yet?) = ALOT of money.
(Not raging on the 360 it's a great system)

What the mess...Why can't the company get along?
If you buy the good 360 and the adapter your looking at over $600.
If you buy the good ps3 that $600+.
If you buy the wii + natwork games = $300-$400

With the 360 you get no motion control,sub standard HD,good games (Halo 3),xbox live ($$$)
With the ps3 you get motion control, standard HD,good games (FF), free? internet?
With the wii you get motion control,no real HD, good games(Kami-Kaze), network games ($$)

So hard to choose!

when it comes down to it, its all about the $, glad I have all three, deciding would have been a tough cookie, My advice for a system, if you can afford it, get a 360

why should one even have to buy a HDTV to enjoy something? What did we do for graphics back in the day of Super Mario Bros. and Legend of Zelda?

I'm still playing on an original PlayStation...  Yup, the very first one...

PS3 sounds nice...once the price goes down...WAY down...

Maybe you should wait...you know, save some money.

Personally i dont get people taht are all about graphics... OMG these graphics suck man i cant see every single Detail man this system/game sucks because i cant see every single detail i payed only 600$ to push buttons all day and these graphics suck i cant see every single detail (sorry ranting)...  Personally i go for Gamplay over graphics anyday... Basicly if you prefer gameplay get Wii If you prefer Graphics Get PS3 or 360

Wii all the way, i've been a nintendo fan since then and still are, (not to forget Mario, and Metroid) yeah they kick *beep* i wonder what will be the next Super Smash they'll make....
