1) No duh, the fancy things make him easier.
2) Go in and fight without that justu, and see how easy he is.

Oro definately should be made harder, but this isnt something that needs to be done right away....

I think oro should be adaptive. he should match your stats (HP bonus, Strength, speed, etc) + 10% that way it isn't too hard, isn't too easy. he gets stronger as you do, not as you kill him more.

when I fight him without using jutsus or mount, it is difficult.
he kills me sometimes. xD
