I know to change my e-mail I need to ask neji but couldnt a hacker do the same thing. 

So my idea is a email vertification for the e-mail change.

If you are talking about changing your e-mail for your forum account, I don't see the problem there because I think you can just change your e-mail, you just need to type in your password so the effect can take place.

Now if you are talking about your in game account, I also don't see a problem there because I think you can just change your e-mail without notifying Neji, but you also type in your password for that new e-mail to take effect.

So either way I don't see how a hacker could change your account e-mail address without the password for the account. Correct me I am wrong on any of this information. You say, "I know to change my e-mail I need to ask neji but couldnt a hacker do the same thing," but I don't understand where you need to ask Neji to change your e-mail.

You have to petition the change, and be logged in while doing so. Then we can verify a valid password is used and change the email.

Or a rotton forum admin on huge forum might find it with super powers then my hard work of a account is gone.. I cant go back to acad I just got the aabilty for a oro kill a real day

No No what im talking about is if  a admin used his powers to get my password from a different site to get into my account here (even though I use different

screen names on other sites  but othesr might not.) (With a E-mail  I believe its always smart to have a unique password

they are not stored as text, they are basically shredded and a (almost unique) checksum is generated.
