Since i don't know how hyouton was modified to be used as a kekkei genkai i did this from scratch, hope its doable
info: Satetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Sandaime Kazekage. It was this most feared jutsu in Hidden Sand which granted Sandaime the honor of being called the strongest Kazekage yet. This jutsu was developed by Sandaime after seeing a previous Shukaku host do something similar. The sand is controled by Sandaime who can form it into any weapon he needs. Sandaime could do this because his body held special traits which allowed him to change his chakra into a magnetic field.
First skill - Satetsu tetsu no buki chakra cost: 1/lvl - creates a weapon out of the sand for 15 rounds(atk bonus which gets higher accordin with the lvl)
Second skill - Satestu shigure chakra cost: 3 points - similar to suna shigure
Third skill - Satetsu kabe chakra cost: 5 points - create a wall of iron that protects the user
Fourth skil - Satetsu tamentai chakra cost 4 + 3/ 5lvls (so 7 til lvl 9, 10 til lvl 14 and 13 at lvl 15) - create 1,2 or 3 huge Polyhedra(dependin on the amount of chakra used) that strikes the foe
Fifth skill - Satetsu kouuyari chakra cost: 13 points - stronger version of Satetsu shigure
Sixth skill - Satetsu kaihou chakra cost 16 - create a huge 3D lattice work of spikes , piercing most anything in its path.
