With the Orochimaru outline on Sasuke's eye, it doesn't seem like Orochimaru is dead. The more Sasuke uses cursed seal 2, it'll probably make Orochimaru stronger and able to take more control of Sasuke's body.

Think about it, Sasuke hasn't had as much screen time as Naruto or Sakura, even though they were all major characters.
He is probably gonna give the other characters even time after this fight if over.
