Forgotten Password Relocation

I didn't want to make a new thread, but the one that Purple made was locked so I had no choice but to do so.

May I suggest relocating the "Forgotten Password" button so that it's directly below the "Log in" button?

I think this can be done by simply allocating the data while making a new skin...problem is it will only work for the specific skin; the others will require data arranging if possible, though I am not sure if this will work out but only temporary.

I'll try to get some insight on this before I move any further, since I actually have no problem with the "Forgotten Password" being moved from the left sidebar.
