Since it's an old lady it makes stealing like 100x worse than it already is. Also I agree with Baluski, if the lady was no where in sight where I couldn't return it to her even if I wanted to, I would just take it, no use in wasting money.

b)if someone drops wallet in riga it is 50% scam

c)i have done it already. good thing i did, i would have been ripped off hardcore if i wouldn't. well there were no old ladies though, but still.

I'd give it back. It's just 100 dollars. And apparently she's not so rich. She dropped 100 dollars not 1000. >.> Plus I'm a rebel catholic so yeah...
