Fuuton's secret comes with a downside though a much bigger downside than Katon's...

Plus, Rasengan has a super powerful wind element.
Not a fire element (excluding Jirayia's one, that catches fire due to alcohol's combustible properties)

Does the Sharingan Kekkei Genkai have jutsu in it? Yes. Therefore, it's a specialty. A special specialty, but one nonetheless.
