Mine can... but she only does it when I have a treat. :P Seriously though, they have a different body structure than us.

Its just the way cats and dog's bodys are built. The different structures of their body make them able and unable to do different tasks. Cat's are more agile than dogs and have a different sense of movement, and their body sctructure is more suited to climbing and jumping. That's why cats can climb tree's and such.

My dog climbed a tree once, but couldnt remember how to get down. Eventually he fell out and allmost broke his leg. He's never tried it again.

Actually, cats don't always land on their feet. I saw this video once on youtube, this cat jumpd on the table, put tuna in its, mouth, and slipped off the table. XD
