to be honest, I was hosting my own green-dragon game last year, and got to know Ann via Internet, who wanted to do a Naruto (which I knew) game but had no money. So I hosted her.
After a few months of not-much-progress but many players (well, maaany should have expired) she got inactive and I took care of the server in her steed. Then I put more work into it as more people came... it was flourishing.

The sad and bad outcome can be reviewed in the archive here. She was back after 6 months, angry about all the changes, and we split the server and let the users decide. But she soon gave up due to the costs and the time necessary to maintain it.

O.O whoahhh, so that's the "Ann" person... Reading it reminded me of history class though...

But I bet users are happy they went with your server because it's now #11. Though I want to see it at #1 and beat those forum RPs. >.>
