can you at least make them enforce the law only after level 6. some people have no chance of surviving at levels 1 or 2 with no weapons and 1point jutsus

You have to pay the conciquences for patrolling the forest, even at those levels.

It was actually already decided, when he put the event up in place... Just live with it.

Evidence:

Anbu with Kakashi was easy, but Neji, could you give out experience for killing those guys?

not, it should not be honoured, it is a struggle for survive ;) you live up to your alignment...
so you have to bear the consequences ;) (in the original module I named them 'the punishers') ^^

From the "Weaken ANBU" thread.

If you'd start thinking, you could easily evade them ;)

it is indeed pretty easy.

Exactly, it isn't rocket science...I would just like to catch Temari/Kakashi from escaping every time. That could be a rare special when they decide to avenge their fallen members...o well, maybe somewhere down the road...

Let's not make this any harder than it has to be. I just ran into them twice in a row. I've had enough. Don't make them any tougher than they need to be.

Well then you should have taken the time to find this out yourself, instead of trying to pick fights and not listen to when I gave you the answer before.

if you cry for a stronger ANBU...no big deal :P

I'll send Gyururu along with her stats against you.
And the second in command would be SinHarvest...

alright neji, i'm making one last attempt. if we build a cityhouse we can destroy it and get gems back from it because bricks were used to build it right? and you said we can't get gems back for a clan because you paid to start it and theres nothing you can sell. Well, if you defeat the anbu than you logically should gain exp.. I'm thinking anbu should count as searching suicidally and thats the amount of experience you should get. because it's the same as defeating a monster, even if you don't beat them you wound them and that should get us exp, even if they are just keeping the peace.
