not, it should not be honoured, it is a struggle for survive you live up to your alignment...
so you have to bear the consequences (in the original module I named them 'the punishers')

alright neji, i'm making one last attempt. if we build a cityhouse we can destroy it and get gems back from it because bricks were used to build it right? and you said we can't get gems back for a clan because you paid to start it and theres nothing you can sell. Well, if you defeat the anbu than you logically should gain exp.. I'm thinking anbu should count as searching suicidally and thats the amount of experience you should get. because it's the same as defeating a monster, even if you don't beat them you wound them and that should get us exp, even if they are just keeping the peace.
