actually Sushigewd and i forgot the other person both have the tattoo and seal....

well those guys might have been evil and then turned good, or whatever.
but the guy that hitane was taliking about, got the tattoo the other day. he's always been evil, and still is. and he can also use it completely!

thats impossbile O.o i got the event 5 times and im evil! i did what you needed to to get the shell and it didnt work.....
