What's a blue genin/jounin etc. etc. I searched other threads to answer my question but sorry, couldn't find any. Thank you  :)

If I remember well..You get a blue rank when you are 1 kill before the next rank..so:

3 kills= blue genin
7kills=blue chuunin

Obviously, student is an exception..I am not sure about the last titles.
