you can only check where a person is when they are logged in. When they are logged out it says that they are in a dwelling, unless they logged out in the fields in which case it says the country fields that they are logged out in.

This is true, but if we are thinking about the same thing, then it's very vague about where the person is. I.E all it would say is "This person is inside a dwelling" and if you are lucky, they logged out into the fields.

How about the gypsy is this way also, yet a little less vague. You go to her and ask her where someone is and the type of answer she would give you is: "I last saw this person entering a dwelling in <village>" or if they logged out into the fields: "How lucky are we? I last saw this person sleeping in the fields"

The Cat n'  Mouse thing is still alive even with this type of system.

I think the feature is getting hard to use or too expensive.
If that happens, only few, if not none, will probably use this feature.
If so, then it seems like a waste of time to add this to the game, considering that Neji has a busy schedule...

I agree. Both sides would be going out of their way to create something hard to use and actually using it.

this game isn't supposed to be easy just like the seven star tattoo and the second cursed seal aren't supposed to be easy to get  And if the option to see what country someone is sleeping in is cheap than people will be getting killed every single game day. This option isn't getting hard to use but it is getting expensive which is  a good thing. But, i don't know, it's neji's call

If it's expensive then one would have to work toward the cost using effort. I don't say the seal or tattoo are really hard to get. Just takes time. Like finding people to slay them. I do however say this is hard to use. Easy to access but hard to use it's one time use for so long. But If it can be used without wait then it would cause problems also.

what I meant was the feature will be close to pointless if only a few people will use it and will rarely be able to use it.
