What do you guys think this is?

A small shinobi wanders out and beats you on the nose. You have already done enough bad deeds for this lifetime.

I got this event twice, but I am not sure what it is...so what are your guesses?

I get that event about 10 times per oro kill, just Neji being evil as usual...

When I got it, it said "enough normal things".

Kboogi mentions getting it 10 times per Oro kill. 

Until I read that, I thought it might be a placeholder for an event that would affect all Lvl 15 squatters, as was debated in another thread.
