Yes, it's really inconvinient to not even be able to deposit in other people's coffers when the global limit is reached and surpassed... I feel so useless! I want to feed the poor! T_T

Just fyi,

I was able to get my global limit from 180k to 150k, now it will not budge at all. I have tried in multiple treehouses, cityhouses, penthouses & castles!  :o

I think my tattoo has some hidden evilness...  :evil:

My global limit is now $250,000...

Okay, this is one of those instances where I am taking a chance. 

Sometimes, posters here get slammed for bumping an old topic. 
On the other hand, they get the same for posting a duplicate topic.  (Not using the search feature)

Anyway, I have not deposited anything today and I get this message:

You have reached your global limit for coffers. 96600 -

What can I do about it?  I have not deposited into ANYONE'S coffers today, even my own.  I was trying to deposit into someone else's coffers when I got it.

I may be missing something as to how the "Global Coffer" system works, but the person's dwelling into which I was trying to deposit had a 0 balance.

I know that I had not deposited with my character into anyone's coffers before trying to deposit into theirs.

I believed there is an deep, internal flaw. When I was staying at lvl 15 for a few weeks, my limit was at 150k. I never deposit/withdraw at any dwelling. Then somehow I was at 250k!!!

Because people can deposit into your other coffers (cityhouse, etc.) and YOUR coffer limit raises because the dwelling is in your name.

I hate the coffer limit period. It defeats the purpose of having a cityhouse (maybe for a clan) and having a castle for yourself/friends/or for the clan as well.

As explained so far, it seems far too confusing.  If you have a dwelling that can hold -x- amount of gold, then it should hold that much gold, period.

- My coffers weren't full
- The coffers of the person I was trying deposit was not full
- I had made no deposits or withdrawals at all

Yet I still got the global limit message?  Am I missing the part of this that makes any sort of sense?

are you 100% sure that the owner of the dwelling had still space left in his global limit?
I've read through the code, and need to narrow it down if there is an issue. Currently, I think it should work.
So please verify it directly with hin. You might also use alts to test. Alts in the same dwelling you could not deposit but they maybe can?

Alts can deposit gold, as well as other characters, when <housekeeper> that has reached his/her coffer limit, can't deposit in ANY coffers, whether it be a friends, or even his/her alt's house.

Global Coffer Limit is Reached: Can't deposit gold with that character, for anything.
