Would the water give you an advantage that would work durring PvP? or just in Forrest?

Hero's Water increases your chakra by ten fold. Chakra can't be used during PvP. Sure I guess it can be used... but have a pointless effect.

Well rather than it killing you, because you can just get resurrected it should have more extreme effects. Something like permanently decreasing your hit points by x amount and you should have the options of the water being like take a sip, drink half, or drink all. And depending on how much you drink depends on how many turns it boosts your chakra and how much life it takes away.

Rei, don't suggest taking away HP! o.o;;

This idea sounds good...although increasing chakra tenfold seems a bit much, as you probably wouldn't get to use it all before dying....plus some jutsus could be abused to get many, many flawless fights*coughHyouton6cough*. And if you suggest not losing experience when you die from its effects....plenty of potential for abuse of it to gain levels fast.

So....maybe cut it down to increasing chakra threefold, or even just twofold? It seems a bit fairer that way

I'm tired of getting my health raped. I'm having enough trouble as it is to get and keep my health above 1000 at level 1. But no, I can't seem to do that. Most people of my level have way beyond 1000 at level 1. And I'm becoming VERY aggravated with events that take health.

I don't support taking HP for this even. At all.

then how about every turn it's activated theres a percent you die like when you first activate it theres a chance you die right after

Im not sure how the event to get it could work, but maybe you can make it so that after using it, your chakra increases ten- fold, but the next day you start out with 1/4 of the turn, or something of that sort.  :)

Or maybe your speciality use will be limited for around 3 gameday e.g. you can only use your jutsus up to level 3...
The explaination might be because your body generates chakra on the cost of your cells and so the following few days your body will need to regenerate his cells instead to generate chakra
