If you read back a few pages, any enemy that hits you with a jutsu causes you to not get a flawless. >=)

I dare say, you can still flawless oro even if you're only hit by his jutsu...

Konoho has a difficult time leveling due to chakra stealing and Mihazi runs out of turns before running out of jutsu...

but still, at least leave us a 0,000001% chance of gettung our flawless dk! it was already almost impossible T_T
i think it would be fair since when you are in the forest, you have a chance of encountering jutsu enemies, an of losin your flawless.
but against oro, the chance is 100%
