Neji I think just sometimes acts evil for the fun of it. I don't think he is evil. I mean sometimes he does add new things in the game, which could get maybe some people angry, but it makes the game that much better.

if you stay on the mods good side and dont break rules or whatever theyre all good.
theyre only evil if you dislike them or youve done something to anger them.
