Well, simply put:
-If you are lazy, and refuse to download anything (or are watching videos at a computer that is not your own), Veoh is the way to go.
-If you are tooking for quality, and a larger variety of subs/dubs, Stage6 will make you happy. .~.

oh and Stage6 will let you watch without registering ; registering just makes life  easier .-.
especially when if you need to stop in the middle of an episode and dotn wanna download it you can add it to your library .-.

I was able to find it on Veoh, though (I guess Stage6 has something against oldie animes....).

the effect was that she created a clone with another ego of her... she, being more laidback, and the clone being aggressive and able to speak too.
