not sure if this has been done or not but i didnt take the time to check lol but i have an idea

for few new players starting out they will see a kekkei genkai  (not all of them just one,and it may vary)

so if they select it then they have it the downside is thats theres for the rest of the game. kinda basicly skips the whole chose your jutsus step.

lol hey it was locked so thats why it wasnt my friend it sent me to a locked one. but what do you think of the idea. this way its fair, FEW people would get one, and if they choose it then there stuck with it . THE DOWN SIDE TO IT  ....ok sorry its nejis job to put the evil faces
