I really don't like them.  If any jutsu are 'nerfed', then I vote that these chakra stealing nin should be taken out.

Hm.

I pondered where to add Kage Bunshin... and selected the basic ninjutsu.

But there was no decent way to add it ... hm.

with dk-points, maybe.

yet: it would not give any use point, you simply buy the ability to use such a jutsu when you have enough points...

Actually the idea of buying new techniques with saved up dk points sounds better than the chakra buying. And if it isn't going too far it'd be nice to us the bought techniques in pvp combat.

Sorry to be quoting myself.  But I think I see the obvious now (thanks to ryushi).

So, you put a DK point into, just for example, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. 

Once you get to 5 points, you now know it and can use it?

having a skill point in the new category does NOT mean you have also the same chakra points ...

you learn i.e. Kage Bunshin, 5 jutsu points.

but sadly, you are level 1... having only 3 chakra points...

so you lack 2 points to use it.

BUT! then at lvl 2 and you have traind at a Lvl 5 Jutsu which you need 5 Chakra too.

Okay, I'm just saying that it'd be better to buy and train skills using dk points than to buy and train using gold.

I would be one of those "monsters".
 

I do like the idea of investing dk points for different jutsus...it would be awesome if you could use them in pvp when you are attacked!

There's always the choice of a set limit for each jutsu then it's maxed. It would add so much more to pvp fights.

I mean attacking. It would be nice to have an AI auto defense if the person getting attacked has jutsu.
