Jutsus in PvP? Wow...no way jose. I could kill sharuto in like 1 round then. sannin could kill grand hokages. That'd be really messed up.
Possibly but if both use jutsu then I think the Grand Hokage will still win. Although I don't know how the logged out player will control which jutsu he/she uses.
The power of a jutsu belonging to someone of a higher dk is greater and a Grand Hokage will most likely have more hp than a sannin unless they hp boost.
If you are able to use jutsu in pvp then Attack and Defense is quite meaningless.
I don't think it's wise to incorporate jutsu into pvp. It's available in plunder fights only to the plunderer.
The only thing I see with this is that I could learn a 15 cost chakra move in basic ninjutsu by having 15 dks in chakra. But I would be unable to use it since I don't actually have enough chakra at level 1? But once I reach level 15 then I could use it.
Why isn't it possible to increase the level in jutsu and get that chakra point?
Oliver should decrease the power that low level jutsu gain from DK. Let the players play around with their specialties more instead of using one kick-ass jutsu to pwn the all & speed through DKs.
With forest enemies that damages your chakra, I think this is a good idea IF the power of jutsu that uses less than 15 chakra are reduced.
If this is used. People will definately use the extra chakra, if Neji could do that instead of only increasing the jutsu level, with that ownsome Dokugiri.
But to decrease the power of that is something I am against.
You expect me to level using a jutsu that costs 15 chakra that lasts like 1 round? Which I can't even use until I'm like level 15? Sure, that would be possible if this invest in chakra is used.
But I don't want to invest in chakra.
I actually have lots of jutsu leftover before I kill oro.
People who play this game have developed a routine. I don't want to play around with all the specialties. Everything in this game is practically automatic with me.
