If you recall, the Kazekage had to listen to the Daiymo of Wind country, which is why the sand joined the sound.

The shoguns would be baluski and Lebis, I'd say KB but he's popein! Neji is the Emperor. I never remember anything about a daimyo.

Yep, it's in the 5th episode of Naruto that they mention it, and I think they say it again in the first episode of part 2
