Here's my idea:
Level 1: Stretching Tounge
Effect: Raises defense by 3 for three rounds
You stretch your tounge, making it like another appendage for battle!
Level 3: Bunbun Baika no jutsu
Effect: Adds defense +5 for five rounds
You focus your chakra, to blow yourself into a large, round ball of meat.
Level 7: Katateoichi Baika no Jutsu
Effect: Hits enemy for 100 -150 damage
You move your chakra, growing your fist by many times. You then hit your enemy for x damage
Level 10: Meat Tank
Effect: Attack x 2, Defense x 1.5
You focus your chakra, to blow yourself into a large, round ball of meat. You then roll around, trying to hit your enemy.
Level 15: Mega Baika no Jutsu
Effect: Hits enemy for 300-400 damage for four rounds
You focus your chakra, growing your whole body to epic proprotions! You smash your body on your enemy for x damage.
Level 18: Choukaihou
Effect: Hit enemy for 450-5o0 damage for one turn
You move all your calories to chakra, and blue butterfly wings grow on your back. You hit your enemy for one huge, crushing blow for x damage.
