It's not fair, you have lv 2. Well it sort of actually is fair to you, but not me I died 12 times so far trying for curse seal only lv 1, and others some hunter nin weaker than me get it on their first or second try 

Gaara didn't get level one until she was a Grand Kazekage, and I didn't get my SST until I had like 200 DKs.

Anyway, a benifit to this is that your stats won't effect the justus you can use.
So write down the stats that you need for the justu specilities you want, and work on them with every DK you get in the future until you reach there, and quit complaining!

yes, now, like before, a hokage is automatically a master of all arts. a grand hokage even more. =) medical, genjutsu, whatever he learns, he has max damage/duration, whatnot =)

Sandaime was said to have mastered every justu in Konoha, so is it really that unreasonable?

He would have continued to level up and balanced his skills.

Oh, and I  bet Suiton cast by Nidaime would have been much more powerful  than his...
Oh, and I bet even if he COULD use Mokuton, he'd not have the same effect as when Shodaime...

it's not about KNOWING, it's about the power of the jutsu.

But you have to be dedicated to a justu set before you can use the high level stuff.
If you use every specility, you'd only be able to use the first two justus even at level 15, so only the basic stuff.

If you're referring to a sitter, don't they lack the ability to get real strong with the justu sets in either scenario?
