The Sharingan: 4 resets and at the second reset is the Mangekyo
8 inner gates: 2 resets, first- 5 gates, second the last 3
Kaguya: not sure how many techniques they have, but probably around six or so. reset again and you mastered it.
Hyuuga: 4 resets- First: three new jutsus; after that, No new jutsus for the remaining 240 DKs needed to master it?

If i have my facts correct ( not on the gates one ) then... isn't something wrong with it? In the show they have alot more then three. I know of probably around 15.  Now having 15 Hyuuga jutsus is rediculous but... three? 

If Neji agrees then i will post what all these jutsus might be... until then.

Yes, errr, where is Byakugan greatly differen from Sharingan?

or do you *have * byakugan and simply want a power up ?

let me be precise: you have no clue how the strength of each jutsu varies =)
so each reset, it gets more powerful, but you don't know that (of course I wrote it in the text where you choose).

I would like for you to list these other jutsus from what i've seen in manga and anime there are maybe three more.... one was anime specific. Also hinata's move is just a variation of the 64 palm, and don't list the 128 palm 'cause I haven't even used up the whole 64 palm yet...

About more moves for hyuuga.... it doesn't really need anymore jutsus, the power just from the resets is good enough for me 

Also you forget the fact that the hyuuga techniques cost very little to do... would you want neji to increase the chakra costs and give us more techniques

Is Hakke Kusho and that filler move Neji used on his clone, and the expanded Kaiten in yet?
You could put those in a higher reset rank.

Sharingan may unlock Mangekyou but you have to use so much chakra to use a technique for it. Also Sharingan only has 3 techniques altogether just like Byakugan only you need to unlock 2 of them with Mangekyou.

And shougahakke roakke is popping up from somewhere 
six right there- I guess th problem is that, if you say that people get the Sharingan but they don't want the Mangekyo, Its just not true. that is the point of it. And while with the Byakugan, as much as i love it, i see it getting a bit much going for another almost 200 DKs with nothing new coming out for it... It almost doesn't do the Byakugan Justice... perhaps i'm overthinking it though.

 Dude hyuuga's don't need to buy weapons, they also weaken there oppenents (like the sharingan's ability) AND to top it off you have pretty much 2 auto-kill jutsu and 1 defensive one. Kaiten ( from what i THINK, my friend told me most of the stuff about it) makes you almost impossible to hit for like 10 rounds. You want all that extra jutsu? Everyone will choose byakagun instead of sharingan. Neji said their supposed to be unique not super powerful. If the byakagun gets all that jutsu then sharingan would also have to get more jutsu along with the bones and the gates which'll pretty much make everything super powerful which i think wasnt the point... 0_o right?

except you get the same amount of jutsus compared to the other dojutsu, and you get all of yours earlier.

sharingan users get to activate sharingan and another jutsu which personally, I believe sucks.
