Instead of making mounts able to be bought in stables, why not have an event in the forest to either buy the scroll or learn the jutsu. EX: I buy the scroll at the stables, i find kakashi in the forest and get him to teach me the jutsu. Also, instead of it being a buff, shouldn't it be an actual in battle jutsu? Make it a partner that can't be healed like in LoB. So while pakkun might boost your stats, gamabanta would be more of a help in fights and last longer.

Long ago, I wanted to remove the mounts and make them companions.

Made more sense to me.

Though that development is on halt, because it was in my plan after having specialized jutsus that work with attributes.
as those died, the rest died as well (balancing issue)

there was (for those that remember)  already a frog summon from contract accidentally in place (my test stuff).
